When combined with the mounting post-holiday credit card bills and not-so-easy New Year’s resolutions that are on the brink of falling by the wayside, some might fall into a slump once the fun and festivities have ended. But for those inside Orangetheory Fitness studios before sunrise, those winter blues are combated by warm orange hues, and the frigid temperatures, along with those uninvited holiday pounds, soon become distant memories. And Blue Monday – the so-called gloomiest date on the calendar – is no sweat. When you’ve built your routine, then Blue Monday is just another day,” said Frank B., a two-year member at the Kensington studio in Calgary, Alberta.
